If you do not wish to wear a mask, we can’t take any survice in our clinic.

2. Disinfect your hands with disinfectant when you visit the clinic.

3. Please do not visit the following people.

・ People with fever of 37° or more, cough, sore throat, difficulty in breathing, taste and smell disorders
・ Those who have a history of contact with those who have the above symptoms
・ Those who have a positive response to the new coronavirus and those who have a deep contact
